Agreement to these terms

By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order on this site.

Orders, pricing & payment

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after it's been placed.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include shipping, which is calculated based on your order's weight and delivery address before you complete checkout. Any taxes required by law are added at checkout where applicable.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal, processed securely through Stripe and PayPal directly — we never see or store your full card number.
• You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Subscriptions

Some products are available on a recurring "Subscribe & Save" schedule. If you choose a subscription:

• Your card is charged automatically and a new order ships each time your subscription renews, on the schedule you selected, until you cancel.
• You can manage, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — there's no minimum commitment.
• Subscriptions are only available with card payment; PayPal is not currently offered for subscription orders.
• You'll always get an email reminder a few days before a subscription renews.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Full details, including carriers and delivery estimates, are in our Shipping Policy. If you're not satisfied with your order, our Return Policy explains how to request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Accounts & guest checkout

You can check out as a guest for a one-time purchase, or create an account to track orders and manage a subscription. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation. All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — belongs to EZorbCalcium.com, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Health & product disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice — talk to your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.

Warranties & limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what's required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZorbCalcium.com, LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EZorbCalcium.com, LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Dispute resolution & arbitration

• Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, contact us at sales@ezorbcalcium.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue directly.
• Binding arbitration. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
• No class actions. You and EZorbCalcium.com, LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
• Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to our mailing address within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
• Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

General provisions

• Force majeure. We're not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or government action.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by revising this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
