Return & Refund Policy

Refund policy terms

• Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date to be considered for a refund. Only items from your most recent order are eligible for return & refund.
• Sealed, unopened products qualify for a full refund. For opened products, each opened unit of a different product qualifies for a full refund — but if you have multiple opened units of the same product, only one qualifies.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• All eligible returns require a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) first. We can't guarantee credit for items shipped back to us, or refused at delivery, without one — those shipments aren't trackable back to our warehouse.
• Returns requested solely because of a delayed shipping time frame will be declined — shipping times are set by our carriers (USPS, FedEx) and outside our control.
• We reserve the right to fully investigate any claim we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent, and to approve or deny a return for any product, or if a return pattern appears excessive.
